Welcome to Bayside's Evangelism Ministry

The Evangelism
Ministry is responsible for the intentional recruitment, training and orientation
of new members , and with leading the Session and congregation to proclaim
the Gospel in word and action through:
-
identifying
prospective members and assuring that appropriate contact is made with
them.

working with
the Education Ministry to provide training in skills for visiting prospective
members.

working with
the Commitment Ministry to assimilate new members into the full life and
work of the church.

working with
the Congregational Care Ministry to identify pastoral concerns among new
and prospective members.
-
providing and
coordinating New Members classes.
-
keeping the
Session and congregation aware of ways in which we can proclaim the Gospel
in our community.
-
providing opportunities
for members to share their personal faith journeys.
-
providing opportunities
for the members to renew their faith through Faith Discovery events or
similar events.

ministry is Chris Pascuzzi (Moderator), Carolyn Graham and Ruth Anderson. Meetings are held the first Thursday
of the month in Room 504 at 7:00 pm. |
